1 General Provisions

2.3 Account Security

3 Age Limit & Eligibility Requirements

To use li789's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• Your place of residence must not be in a country or region where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• You are playing in your own name and for yourself — not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a professional player, gaming official, or a family member of one.
• Your account has not previously been closed by li789.

Creating an account on behalf of a minor or assisting them to play is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn.

• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit plus bonus.
• Wagering multiplier: 15x.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after expiry.
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts will be treated as bonus fraud.
• VIP bonuses and cashback benefits apply according to the terms of the relevant VIP tier.
• li789 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5.4 VIP Program

li789's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with weekly cashback and other benefits. The conditions for advancing to a higher VIP tier are set by li789 and may change at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

• In the event of any technical error, the relevant round may be considered void.
• Use of unauthorized tools or scripts with the game software is prohibited.

6.3 Live Casino

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on li789:

• Participating in fraud, deception, or any illegal activity.

8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

8.1 Closure by li789

• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Extended periods of inactivity.

8.2 Closure at User Request

8.3 Balance Recovery

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure, it will be returned via the verified payment method. However, in the case of accounts closed due to fraud, the balance may be forfeited.
